Annual Meeting 2021

Nos complace invitarles a nuestra Asamblea Anual a celebrarse el domingo, 14 de marzo de 2021 de manera virtual.
El horario de este magno evento será de 9:00 am a 5:00 pm (aprox.) Será un día lleno de educación, empoderamiento y actividades para toda la familia. Además, llevaremos a cabo la Reunión/Asamblea 2021 donde se escogerá a la nueva directiva de APH. Al igual, tendremos participación de la industria, recursos invitados y muchas sorpresas más.
Por ser un evento virtual es necesario que se registre para reservar su espacio y el de su familia lo antes posible. Familia que no complete su registro en o antes de la fecha límite, no se le garantiza la participación del evento.
Para estos fines deberá llenar la Hoja de Inscripción adjunta. Luego deberá enviar la hoja ya completada de una (1) de las siguientes maneras:
1. Enviar la hoja de registro completada, vía email a hemophilia.aph@gmail.com.
2. Tomarle una foto a su hoja de registro completada y enviarla mediante mensaje privado (inbox) a esta nuestra página de Facebook.
3. Tomarle una foto a la hoja de registro completada y enviarla por WhatsApp al número de teléfono (787) 380-7985.
LA FECHA LÍMITE DE REGISTRO SERÁ EL VIERNES, 5 DE MARZO DE 2021.
* El indicar que “asistirá” a este evento en Facebook, NO implica que este registrado ni sustituye el proceso de registro. La única manera de asegurar su participación es con la Hoja de Registro.
* De tener problemas con las formas de registro arriba mencionadas o de tener alguna situación particular, favor contactarnos por mensaje privado o por correo electrónico para poder ofrecerle toda la ayuda necesaria.
* La Asociación cuenta con unos recursos limitados para familias que por alguna situación particular tengan dificultades o se vean impedidos de participar de la Asamblea. Si este es el caso, favor comunicarse directamente con el Director Ejecutivo de APH al 787-380-7985.
*De completar el registro y surgir algún cambio en la cantidad de participantes registrados, favor de contactarnos a la brevedad posible.

We are pleased to invite you to our Annual Meeting to be held on Sunday, March 14, 2021 virtually.
The schedule for this great event will be from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (approx.) It will be a day full of education, empowerment and activities for the whole family. In addition, we will hold the 2021 Assembly where the new APH board will be chosen. Likewise, we will have industry participation, invited resources and lots of surprises.
As it is a virtual event, it is necessary to register to reserve your and your family spots as soon as possible. Families that does not complete their registration on or before the deadline, participation is not guaranteed.
For these purposes, you must fill out the attached Registration Form. You will then need to submit the completed sheet in one (1) of the following ways:
1. Send the completed registration form, via email to hemophilia.aph@gmail.com.
2. Take a photo of your completed registration form and send it by private message (inbox) to this our Facebook page.
3. Take a photo of the completed registration sheet and send it by WhatsApp to the phone number (787) 380-7985.
THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION WILL BE FRIDAY, MARCH 5, 2021.
* Indicating that you "will attend" this event on Facebook does NOT imply that you are registered or substitute the registration process. The only way to ensure your participation is with the Registration Sheet.
* If you have problems with the registration forms mentioned above or if you have any particular situation, please contact us by private message or by email to be able to offer you all the necessary help.
* APH has limited resources for families who, due to some particular situation or some difficulties see themselves stopped from participating of the Annual Meeting. If this is the case, please contact the APH Executive Director at 787-380-7985.
* If you complete the registration and there is any change in the number of registered participants, please contact us as soon as possible.

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
